Food Service Coordinator :


Supervises and coordinates activities of kitchen staff, monitors meal sites, reporting and recordkeeping through a MIS database.  Must have prior experience in food service, and/or social service/human service environment. Must be computer literate, with clerical skills.  Must possess education beyond high school, California driver’s license, a personal vehicle.

DEVELOPMENT

Development Associate:


Responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of raising funds through grants, response to request for proposals, developing relationships with public agencies and foundations. Minimum of 5 years fundraising experience; Demonstrated track record (60% track record or better); demonstrated success in securing grant awards ranging from $5,000 to $2 million; Experience with donor development, major gift solicitation, program planning and business plan development; Experience managing staff; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research is required.  have demonstrated experience, BA in urban planning, public administration, management or other related field. Advanced degree a plus. Writing samples required.

TRANSPORTATION 
 

Part time or Back Up
Passenger Vehicle Driver:


Requires at least one-year experience driving commercial passenger vehicles on a fixed route. Must have a valid class “A” or “B” Drivers License, with “P” endorsements, first aid, CPR, medical and air breaks certificates, DMV H6 printout demonstrating a good driving record and must submit to drug screening as required by Federal and State Laws.  Job requires daily preventive maintenance, pre and post-trip inspections, passenger and fare reporting.

Systems Administrator :


Ability to perform highly complex LAN/WAN (Local Area Network and Wide Area Network) projects involving the design, analysis, maintenance, and implementation of equipment and networks and perform system administration. Reports directly to the CEO.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Property Maintenance Specialist :


Responsible for assisting in the coordination, distribution and follow through of all work orders with accompanying repair notices, deficiency notices and other such related documents generated by the Property Management Division.  Coordinates and maintains responsibility for timely and accurate submission of billing information for all work completed by maintenance workers.  Prepares reports as may be required by Property Management.

Call Center Operator :


Responsible for answering incoming calls to the Property Management office. Required to complete documentation for work orders/service request of tenants for repairs. Assist with the collection of rents, other task generated by the Property Management Division.
